Our program is designed around a basic goal to fulfill the children's needs in an atmosphere where they can learn to feel loved, wanted, valued, accepted, encouraged, and assisted to mature and grow to reach their maximum potential. Our program includes:
- An attractive, safe, supervised living environment conducive to each girl's emotional, moral, social, and physical development.
- A standard of child care that ensures meeting daily needs related to personal hygiene, improved self-esteem and an overall sense of well-being.
- A highly trained staff that offers a multi-disciplinary approach to provide the wide variety of services required by our residents.
- Intensive level of treatment services including: assessment, treatment planning, case management, supportive counseling, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, behavior management planning and implementation, and basic living skills.
- An outstanding PREPARATION FOR ADULT LIVING PROGRAM (PAL), which bridges the gap from total structure to total independence. Girls moving to this level receive the necessary training, skills, and support enabling them to become a productive member of society.
- An exemplary RECREATION, EVENTS, AND ACTIVITIES PROGRAM (REAP), acquainting the girls with positive, attainable social alternatives. Every facet of the program, from physical fitness through Cultural Enrichment, will maintain and promote a loving, guiding, supportive and stable atmosphere.
